The biggest mistake we as leaders can make is to leave underlying problems unaddressed. The assessment below will help you begin to identify those issues within your own organization. These questions have been crafted over 40 years of ministry in the trenches of church ministry.”
Dear church leader,
The biggest mistake we as leaders can make is to leave underlying problems unaddressed. Symptoms left unattended, often fester until they boil over. Pastors suddenly quit, and churches split. I’ve seen this play out too many times. Not only that, but I’ve lived it.
The assessment above will help you begin to identify those issues. As uncomfortable as some questions may be, respond honestly. Based on your responses, I will provide some general feedback on the health range of your church, as well as recommended next steps for you and your team.
